About the Founder
Idris Olasubomi Otun is the Founder and Executive Director of Sustainable Development for Health and Social Impact Initiative (SustiDev). He is a public health professional, researcher, climate change advocate, certified advocate, and SRHR champion committed to advancing healthier, more resilient, and more equitable communities.
His work cuts across malaria prevention, parasitology, vector control, community health, youth development, climate resilience, sexual and reproductive health and rights, research, advocacy, and sustainable development. Through SustiDev, Idris promotes youth-led and community-centred solutions that strengthen public health, improve awareness, and support practical action aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals.
